Students should arrive in the middle school band room no later than 6:30pm dressed in conert attire. Saturday, March 14th, 11:00am, CHS Gymnasium Mandatory attendance for all students in 6-8th grade Band at CMS. This concert is also in partnership with the MBS and CHS bands. Concert Attire
December 16th concert (Band): Black (or as close to black) on bottom, white/red/green/festive on top. Skirts or dresses must be knee-length or longer. Shirts must be short sleeve or longer. Dress shoes/no sneakers. Gentlemen must wear a long tie (Mrs. Desautels has extra ties in the band room to borrow), ladies may wear a decorative or winter scarf if desired.
December 18th concert (Chorus): Black (or as close to black) on bottom, assigned choir shirt on top. Skirts or dresses must be knee-length or longer. Dress shoes/no sneakers. Ladies may wear a decorative or winter scarf if desired.
March 6th and 14th concerts (Band and Chorus): Blue CSD t-shirts, clean pants/skirts/shorts. Jeans are OK, as well as flip flops and sneakers.
May 21st concert (Band): Blue CSD t-shirts, clean black or khaki pants or skirts. Jeans and sneakers are NOT OK.
May 19th concert (Chorus): Black CMS choral shirt, clean black or khaki pants or skirts. Jeans and sneakers are NOT OK.
If a student's concert outfit does not meet school dress codes, and is not able to find an appropriate outfit before the start of the concert, he/she may not be able to participate in the on-stage performance. For more information about the school dress code, please view the CMS Handbook here.
